Ethiopia

Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee, while it wasn't discovered in this region of Africa, Ethiopia was the first place people consumed and exported the bean. Back in the 1600's Ethiopia exported the first coffee to other regions of Africa, Europe, and eventually the Americas. The coffee from this region is known for being diverse in flavors and undertones. In order to get get the best from this region, we combined the beans of the three best regions; Harrar, Sidamo, and Yirgacheffe. 

A medium roasted bean with a heavy body and zesty acidity. Notes of fruity and chocolate tones with a floral aroma. Best brewed using a pour-over.
