Guatemala has three different grades for its coffee depending on its altitude; Prime (2,500-3,000 ft), Extra Prime (3,00-3,500 ft), Semi Hard Bean (3,500-4,00 ft) Hard Bean (4,000-4,300 ft) and Strictly Hard Bean (over 4,300 ft). The region of Antigua has a altitude of 4,900 through 5,600 feet making it a Strictly Hard Bean.
