Brazilian single-origin coffee from the Cerrado region which is known for large farms and an industrialized process of producing coffee. The coffee from this region varies in altitude from 2,800 feet to 4,100 feet. 

A medium roasted bean with a light body and moderate acidity. Notes of nutty and earthy tones with a hint of chocolate. Best enjoyed brewed with a pour-over or espresso machine.
